➡️2.0 oz Gin
➡️1.0 oz Lemon Juice
➡️0.75 oz Orgeat
➡️1 dash Angostura Bitters
➡️Garnish: Grapefruit Peel
➡️Glass: Stemmed Cocktail Glass (Coupe, Nick-and-Nora, etc.)
➡️To Make: Add all ingredients to a shaker tin and shake over ice until well-chilled (about 30 seconds). Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, then garnish by expressing the oils of the grapefruit peel over the drink, rubbing the peel around the rim of the glass, and dropping into the drink.
