Unfortunately, there are businesses out there that don't train their employees properly on accessibility and communication. As Ryan said, that was a degrading experience, but you can't let it make you sad; you have to stay strong. If you face discrimination because of who you are, stay strong. Hopefully we can highlight how businesses should communicate with their customers, and encourage businesses to become more inclusive.
