Most people will say their 30's are better than their 20's. I DEFINITELY agree. There are some things I wish I had appreciated more when I was younger, but I would not rewind my life to have it back again. Thus, we move forward and accept our body for what it CAN do instead of shaming it for what it can no longer do. That's the mindset I'm trying to have anyways, but it's not always easy. I'm at a point in my life where I'm noticing these shifts in my body and working to accept it. There's no uplifting conclusion to this video other than, we are all just a clump of cells on a floating rock and the world will end eventually anyways so YOLO.
