We are few days away from Christmas here on our farm and the last month the weather has been looking like picture perfect charismas card. It was defiantly going to be a white Christmas this year. Then this happened! The temperature rose about 20 degrees and our farm completely flooded. To give you the whole story we will need to go back a few days to a not so cold whet snowy December day on our Norwegian homestead.
In this episode we are making a door for the pigs so they can stay warm a cozy in their pigs’ house. We are also finishing up the renovation in our upstairs hallway on our farm house. While his is going on a storm center is rolling in over our farm and drive up the temperature with about 20° Celsius. All our Christmas snow disappears a few days before Christmas.
