In Part 2, I'll be painting the detail, (Lot's of Dots) on the head, painting the bill, vermiculating the body, painting the tertial feathers using painters tape for a nice clean edge, sealing the finished painted bird with Krylon matte sealer to protect it from the last step, which is 2 coats of brushed on Ronan's Dead Flat Varnish. I must mention that when I applied the vermiculation on the side pocket in the video, I was not happy with it. Off camera I repainted the side and spaced the vermiculation further apart which gave me a much more desirable look. Sit back and enjoy part 2 to the completion of the bird..........
