Chinese Deep-fried Mochi is a rice cake for dessert.
Instead of balls as usual, I tried different shape for different texture.
Deep fry them until the outside is crispy and the inside start floating.
Then sprinkled some desired powder such as peanut powder, soy powder, sugar powder, salted yolk powder.
