Deep Fried Seasoned Chicken Livers!
Take one tub of chicken livers from the store and rinse them with cold water. Cut then into 2 inch chunks and soak in buttermilk for
4 to 6 hours.
Coat them with a breading made of 2 cups of all purpose flour 1/4 cup corn starch, 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp. of black pepper.
Deep Fry them in 350 degree oil for 2 minutes then let them rest and cool on a paper towel for 5 to 10 minutes.
Serve with ranch dressing! ... Enjoy!
