City that never sleeps? Yes Madurai, called as thoonga nagaram. This video is all about Deepavali Celebration Madurai. We were mesmerised by Massive crowd on the streets of Madurai on Deepavali night.. People were busy shopping on the roadside shops of masi street, Vilakkuthoon, Keezhavasal, townhall road, nethaji road. Street foods were open throughout the night. More policemen were deployed to monitor the crowd. Thousands of sellers were on the road selling clothes, kitchen items, shoes, belts, bed sheets, blankets, kids items, flowers, snacks etc. Although there was light showers, people were unaffected by it and carried on selling and shopping.
