Defendant Uses Sovereign Citizen Arguments Without Using The SovCit Script - SoftCit?

I've got another court case. We are in front of Judge Hesselink for this one and the defendant is brushing up real close to the sovereign citizen title. Judging by what he says about his previous hearing I want to say he is a sovcit. Until his PreLim, I'm only going to call him a soft cit officially.
