Things got tense during Karen Read’s trial on Friday morning as the defense continued questioning Matthew McCabe, the brother-in-law of Brian Albert. Defense attorney David Yannetti caught McCabe laughing during cross-examination and asked him, “Is this funny?” to which he responded it wasn’t, and that it had been “two years of misery.”
