DELICIOUS GEORGIAN FOOD in TBILISI 🇬🇪 (უგემრიელესი ქართული კერძები)

Georgian cuisine is world-renowned for a reason; besides the classic khachapuri (cheese bread) and khinkali (soup dumplings), there are many varieties of Georgian food at different price points, and Tbilisi, the capital city of Georgia, is one of the best places to try them all! It’d be impossible to feature all the different places and dishes we ate during our time in Georgia, but we’ve picked out a few spots from Tbilisi to sample some of the delicious dishes here. In this video, we try Georgian barbecue chicken, eggplant with walnut paste, fried mushrooms stuffed with sulguni cheese, cucumber tomato salad, lobiani (bean paste pancake), ajapsandali (stewed eggplant, tomato, and onions), and soup kharcho (stewed beef with a walnut tomato base). We try the Imeretian, Adjarian, and Rachan versions of khachapuri, and we try khinkali of different kinds too! What are your favorite spots to eat in Tbilisi?
