⚡ Delicious Matar Karanji
🔶Ingredients : 2 katoris frozen green peas, 2 katoris refined flour, 1/2 katori semolina, coriander seeds powder, poha, ginger, green chilli paste, sugar, ground wet coconut, corriander, oil, cumin seeds powder, salt
🔶Recipe : 🔹Take 2 katoris of refined flour in a plate. Add 1/2 katori semolina in it.
🔹Make a hole in the center. Add 1 tablespoon oil in it. Add salt as per taste. 🔹Mix together and make a tight dough.
🔹Heat one tablespoon oil, add ginger, green chilly paste in it.
🔹Add 2 katoris of green peas in it. Mix it well.
🔹Add 1/2 katori of ground wet coconut. 2 tablespoon coriander and poha.
🔹Add 1 tablespoon cumin seeds powder, 1 tablespoon coriander seeds powder. Add sugar and salt as per taste.
🔹Grind refined flour and semolina dough in mixer to make it soft.
🔹Take a lemon sized dough ball.
🔹Make a small puri and apply water on the edges. Add a little filling in the puri. Fold it and press the edges together nicely.
🔹Make all the karanjis and fry them on medium flame.
