To cook delicious meatballs in the oven:
Minced meat - 800 g
Onion - 100-130 g (1 medium onion)
Dry loaf - 5 pieces
Milk - 150-200 g
Garlic - 1 clove
Salt, ground black pepper - to taste
1. Pour the dry loaf with milk and leave for 10 minutes.
2. Grind meat, onion, garlic and loaf in a meat grinder.
3. Salt and pepper the minced meat. Beat the minced meat at least 10-15 times so that the cutlets keep their shape well.
4. Form cutlets, put on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes at a temperature of 200-210 degrees.
