DELICIOUSLY STICKY HONEY GLAZED SALMON

In this video I will be preparing one of my favorite healthy meals, which is the Honey Glazed (Sticky) Salmon - I usually place my Salmon in the oven, but I’ve been experimenting a lot lately with healthy meals and wanted to try something different. It’s safe to say that I’m glad I did because this came out bomb! You can place this over rice, a salad, noodles, pasta or anything. Trader Joe’s 1.07 lb - Atlantic Salmon (Farm Raised) Salt and Pepper to taste 2 tbsp of butter SAUCE 1 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 2-3 tbsp Honey 1 tbsp Ground Ginger or Grated Ginger 1-2 tbsp of Lemon Juice 1-2 tbsp of Minced Garlic (2-3 Garlic Cloves) Salt + Pepper to Taste *(Mix together sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside) TO REMOVE SKIN (Optional) (After washing the Salmon) Boil 1/2 cup of water. Flip Salmon with the skin facing upward and pour water on the skin. Begin to peel the skin after it cools or use knife to remove the skin. COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Wash Salmon and pat dry. Season with salt + pepper on both sides. Heat a pan on medium-high heat, add the butter. Once melted, add the salmon and sear on both sides for 2-3 minutes or until browned. Add the sauce and lower heat to medium and cook until sauce starts to thicken. Flip and cook for another few minutes.
