Video Not Working? Fix It Now

We perform measurements of frequency, span & amplitude, we look at making RF measurements safely by use of RF Attenuators & directional couplers & sniffers in making forward & reverse (reflection) power measurments. How to use the markers, delta markers, peak find feature, compare signals with the A & B trace storage modes & resolution bandwidth explanation, sweeping filters with the tracking generator & revealing the 3db points for bandwidth calculations & setting up & calibrating the instrument prior to making a measurement, i go thru all the measurement capability of the instrument & the demodulation of off air signals, Also i reveal ways to pull out closely spaced signals & resolve them in a crowded radio spectrum. We also look at Harmonics & reveal the optimum attenuator settings for resolving signals without overloading the RF Front end, we discuss DC Bias to mast head amplifiers & employing DC blocks to the N type socket on the front of the instrument to prevent damage, we look at the ways to measure high RF power indirectly & directly by discussing the different types of RF attenuators available & their specific use. I also show how we can use the spectrum analyser with external RF Power meters & RF Loads. So sit back & enjoy this video directed by the senior technical manager Bob the Cat.
