Defensive Coordinator Dennis Allen joins the Bears in 2025 to coordinate Chicago’s defense. Allen enters his 30th season in the coaching profession after most recently serving as the head coach of the New Orleans Saints (2022-24).

Offensive Coordinator Declan Doyle joins the Bears in 2025 as offensive coordinator. Doyle assumes the role of offensive coordinator after most recently leading the tight ends group of the Denver Broncos (2023-24).

Special Teams Coordinator Richard Hightower enters his fourth season as the Chicago Bears special teams coordinator in 2025 and his fifth year overall in Chicago after previously serving as the club’s assistant special teams coach in 2016.
