The song discusses the negative thoughts that plague our minds, constantly reminding us of our perceived unworthiness and shortcomings. This mental state, known as "Imposter Syndrome" makes us doubt our skills and successes, leaving us feeling unworthy, ashamed, and fearful of being exposed.
