ना खाता ना बही..जो वक्फ कहे वही सही...इस कहावत की सबसे ताजा मिसाल लखनऊ से आई है..जहां एक पार्क पर वक्फ बोर्ड ने अपना नेमप्लेट लगा दिया । नेमप्लेट भी हाल-फिलहाल में लगाया गया है । हिंदू संगठन का दावा है कि मस्जिद पक्ष के लोगों ने नगर निगम के पार्क पर कब्जा कर लिया है और उसे वक्फ की संपत्ति बता रहे हैं । वहीं मस्जिद पक्ष के लोग पार्क को दरिया वाली मस्जिद की जगह बताते हुए उसे वक्फ की संपत्ति बता रहे हैं, जबकि उनके पास पार्क से जुड़े कोई दस्तावेज है ही नहीं । सवाल है कि मस्जिद से जमीन दिख रही है....तो क्या वो वक्फ की हो गई ? सवाल तो ये भी है कि वक्फ कानून आने से पहले वक्फ बोर्ड अपने कब्जे का दायरे बढ़ा रहा है ?

The nameplate has also been put up recently. The Hindu organization claims that the people of the mosque side have occupied the municipal corporation's park and are calling it the property of the Waqf. On the other hand, the people of the mosque side are calling the park the place of Dariya Wali Masjid and calling it the property of the Waqf, while they do not have any documents related to the park. The question is that the land is visible from the mosque...so has it become the property of the Waqf? The question is also that before the Waqf law comes, the Waqf Board is expanding the scope of its occupation?
