Just checking the valve clearances on this Indian FTR. Also swapping out the spark plug, air filter, chain and sprockets.
The customer requested that I carry this out as a part of his 36000km service as a precautionary check.
I really enjoyed working on this bike and learned a lot. These engines are very similar to the Indian Scout and Victory Octane (RIP) platform. The clearance specs are different but the overall engine design is identical. The FTR has a more aggressive fuel map and lighter crank compared to the others.
@FortNine recons the FTR is built like a MotoGP bike. What do you think?
