If we are given a table of functions, how do we determine if the functions are linear, quadratic, or exponential?

Edit: In this video, I refer to "change in y" and "change in change of y" (aka delta y). In class, you’ll more likely hear these called first difference and second difference. Most teachers don’t use “change in change” unless they’re explaining what second difference means.
