1 kg bottle gourd
.200 gm chana dal
3 onion
2 tomato
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 spoon mustard oil
1 tsp chop garlic
1 pinch asafoetida
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
1 cube butter
chop coriander
whole spices
1 bowl rice
1 spoon ghee
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin seeds
3 bay leaf
4-5 cloves
