He is an accomplished writer of many critically acclaimed books.
Professor V.K. Malhotra is presently Member Secretary, Indian Council of Social Science Research, New Delhi. Professor Malhotra is a Professor of Economics and has served C.C.S University, Meerut as Professor as well as Head, Department of Economics; Coordinator Admissions, Examinations and Evaluation, and as part of the Team of Dean Students’ Welfare. He has to his credit a book entitled ‘Economics of Education’ which is prescribed by many universities.
