Dhyana | Hong Kong | November 15, 2021
Dhyana is a means, not an end. Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche discusses the theory of dhyana based on the classic techniques of shamatha (dwelling in peace) and vipashyana (insight). Rinpoche begins with introducing the aim of meditation is to realize the three truths: anicca, dukkha, anatta (impermanence, unsatisfactoriness and selflessness), then teaches us simple but profound meditation related to form, feeling, mind and reference that everyone can do.
