I will get into the manufacturer recommended settings as listed on a typical settings chart, which is usually included with most MIG welding machines. Then, I will go over setting your machine by "sight" and by "ear" as I try out many different settings in an attempt to "dial in" the machine to produce the perfect "sizzling sound," good penetration, and a nice looking weld bead.
