The diaper-corner is actually a great option for discharging the baby from the hospital, for baptism, or just to hide the baby’s face from the bright sun, wind or prying eyes. Also, a diaper with lace will be an excellent decoration of the envelope, while there is no need to sew lace to the envelope itself, which is very convenient.
In order to make a diaper-corner with lace, you need to cut a 90 × 90 cm square from white fabric (satin, poplin, calico, chintz ...). I made one corner round. The edges of the square need to be processed in any way convenient for you (on an overlock, on a sewing machine with a zigzag or a line that imitates an overlock line, you can also bend the edges and sew with a regular seam).
Lace we need 130-150 cm of any width. Lace (middle) must first be pinned to the middle of the rounded corner, and the edges pinned at a distance of 30-35 cm on the sides. And stitch to the fabric.
