Necessary materials :
1 glass of warm milk (200 ml)
Half a glass of warm water (100 ml)
1 teaspoon of dry yeast (5 grams)
1 teaspoon of sugar (5 grams)
1 teaspoon of butter (20 grams)
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil ( 30 ml )
1 teaspoon of salt (8 grams)
4 cups of flour (480 grams)

1 cup roasted sesame seeds
small glass of molasses
Half a small glass of water

Cooking : 30 minutes in an oven at 200 °C
