✍🏻INGREDIENTS:
* Semolina(सूजी) - 1/2 Cup
* All-Purpose Flour(मैदा) - 1/2 Cup
* Carrot(गाजर) - 250 Gram
* Water(पानी) - 1/2 Cup
* Milk Powder(दूध का पाउडर) - 4 Tbsp
* Sugar Powder(चीनी पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
* Cardamom Powder(इलायची पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
* Beetroot Juice(चुकंदर का रस) - Some
* Baking Powder(बेकिंग पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
* Oil(तेल) - For Fry
For Sugar Syrup:
* Water (पानी) - 1 Cup
* Sugar (चीनी) - 1+1/2 Cup
* Cardamom Powder(इलायची पाउडर) - Some
* Saffron Leaves(केसर) - Some
* Kewra Essence (केवड़ा एसेंस) - 2-3 Drops
✍🏻RECIPE:
Take some fine Semolina and grind it at once.
For Sugar Syrup, take a pan put Water & Sugar then cook it. To enhance its taste put some crushed Cardamom & Saffron Leaves in it & cook it till it gets sticky.
take a mixing bowl & put Semolina, All-Purpose Flour in it & sieve it.
then add Carrot paste, Milk Powder, Cardamom Powder, and Beetroot Juice, Baking Powder Put water & mix it gradually
Take a pan, put Oil for heating & put the Mixture & deep fry it until it gets rise. Turn the flame high & fry it till golden color appears. Take them out & put them in the Sugar Syrup.
Serve them on a plate pour some Sugar Syrup & garnish it with Pistacho & enjoy them with Rabri.
