Digital calipers Raspberry Pi interface

Experimenting with digital calipers, connected to Raspberry Pi, and getting more resolution out of them than they normally show in the display. Some issues of voltage levels and electrical noise were encountered and dealt with. Code on github: https://github.com/Matthias-Wandel/caliper-interface
