DINAKADAKAN
Dinakdakan is an Ilocano delicacy made with grilled or fried pork parts tossed in a calamansi dressing with onions and chili peppers. It's delicious enjoyed as an appetizer with your favorite drinks or as a main dish with steamed rice.
INGREDIENT:
1kg Pork Belly
¾ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp liquid seasoning
2 tbsp lime, calamansi or lemon juice
1 tbsp vinegar
2 big onion
Thump-size ginger
8-10 pcs Long green chili
3-5 pcs Thai chili /Labuyo
Salt and Black pepper to taste
For boiling Pork Belly
Approx. 1.5L
½ tbsp peppercorn
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp Salt
