Screen capture of me giving a workshop on disaggregation regression. If you have areal data but high-resolution, raster covariates, then maybe disaggregation regression is useful for you. Here's a dropbox link to the script, slides and data so you can follow along if you wish. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/pu4z927bdn0a6lp/AADT0JfzAs4vRJHaM4UxUn7Ma?dl=0 And here's some instructions for installing packages. You need to install the disaggregation package. This however has some dependencies that aren't trivial. So please first install INLA: https://www.r-inla.org/download-install Then install and check TMB: https://github.com/nwfsc-assess/geostatistical_delta-GLMM/wiki/Steps-to-install-TMB I believe this should be fairly easy on linux or mac. On windows you also need RTools. Finally, install the disaggregation package with install.packages('disaggregation') #RStats #Epidemiology #Statistics #Geostatistics
