Former Trump deputy press secretary Hogan Gidley claims Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky “blew the whole deal up” with the United States following his disastrous meeting with Donald Trump.
This comes just days after Mr Zelensky’s heated exchange with his American counterpart at the White House, which unfolded in front of the media last week.
“This was a disaster of epic proportions by Volodymyr Zelensky inside that Oval Office,” Mr Gidley told Sky News Australia.
“He blew the whole deal up, and Donald Trump and his team, rightly so, said, ‘then get out of the White House; come back when you’re ready to make a deal’.”
