The Disney Wonder cruise ship sails on the first Alaska itinerary of 2024! This is a day by day montage of the entire 7 night cruise, one of the Disney Wonder's most popular itineraries. On this sailing we got to experience sailing through the Inside Passage, spotting colossal glaciers, fjords, and countless whales, seals, bears, and bald eagles! We took part in excursions for every port that was offered.
The ports traveled to were:
- Glacier Viewing day at Tracy Arm
- Icy Strait Point
- Juneau
- Ketchikan
Port Adventures:
- Glacier Viewing Day -- Glacier Explorer Tour DG01 (South Sawyer Glacier)
- Icy Strait Point -- Whale and Marine Mammals Cruise IS01
- Juneau -- Glacier Seaplane Exploration JU49
- Juneau -- Taku Glacier Helicopter and Airboat Adventure JU78
- Ketchikan -- Misty Fjords National Monument by Seaplane KE52
This sailing hosted ~2,100 guests. ~650 guests where children 12 and under. The approximate max capacity of the Disney Wonder is around 2,700 passengers.
All food pictured in this video were included in the base cruise fare (Cabanas Buffet, Tiana's Place, Triton's, and Animator's Palate). Our party was in main seating, which started at 5:45pm each night.
In 2024, the Disney Wonder sails in 3 markets: Australia & New Zealand, Mexico, and Alaska.
