When two married people want to end the marriage, the appropriate legal solution is to get a divorce. The divorce exists when the couple's civil commitment is closed, which puts an end to society and the marriage bond. The person who divorces practically returns to life as a single woman or man and no longer has obligations to her/his spouse. To put it bluntly, a divorce is the ending of the marital relationship according to the social and legal norms. divorce is the legal right of both parties to achieve independence by legally terminating the marital relationship. According to the Nepali dictionary, divorce means Parpachuke or Talak. Although the legal structure of divorce is extensive, no separate law has been enacted in this regard. Legal provisions regarding divorce in Nepal have been made in accordance with paragraph 3 of the Civil Code, 2074 BS.
