波紋仕上げダイニングベンチDIYのご紹介です。
ベンチ脚の加工から始まり、型を使用してトリマーで曲面形成加工、それらを接着。
天板表面にはナラ材に名栗加工を施したフローリング材を使用。優しい風合いの表面仕上がりとなります。
曲線カーブのデザインベンチとなりました。
天板表面の塗装、木固めエースECOは漆のように木に浸透し、木質を強化することを目的に開発された浸透性のポリウレタン系樹脂塗料です。木固めエースは、木材の細胞壁の成分（セルロース）や水分と重合反応し、硬化します。硬化すると無色透明の高分子樹脂となるため人体に無害で、耐水・耐油・耐摩耗性にもすぐれています。
また、表面に塗膜を形成しない為、本来の木そのものの質感を損なわず美しく仕上がります。
公立の小学校や保育園の給食器としても採用され安心してダイニングテーブルにも使用ができます。

Introducing the ripple finish dining bench DIY.
Beginning with the processing of the bench legs, using a mold to form curved surfaces with a trimmer and glue them together.
The surface of the top board uses oak flooring with Naguri processing. The surface finish has a gentle texture.
It became a curved design bench.
Kigatame Ace ECO is a permeable polyurethane resin paint developed for the purpose of penetrating wood like lacquer and strengthening wood. Kigatame Ace hardens by polymerizing with wood cell wall components (cellulose) and moisture. When hardened, it becomes a colorless and transparent polymer resin, which is harmless to the human body and has excellent water, oil, and abrasion resistance.
In addition, because it does not form a coating film on the surface, it does not impair the texture of the original wood itself and gives a beautiful finish.
It can also be used as a dining table in public elementary schools and nursery schools and can be used safely on the dining table.
