Video Not Working? Fix It Now

Homemade airplane tug with detailed how-to instructions. Designed to move my Mooney M20F. This is a zero weld build, only needed an angle grinder and a power drill. The DIY plane tug was custom designed and built, all plastic pieces were 3D printed to exact specifications. Here are some links to where you can purchase the parts. I am not affiliated with these sellers but I do receive a small commission if you purchase from them. 24V 350W gear reduction motor https://ebay.us/qNOqAq 24V motor controller and throttle https://ebay.us/ZYJgzA Wheel with sprocket https://ebay.us/VxKzTf Pillow box for axle https://ebay.us/WMmZbn Linear motor https://amzn.to/3kRkOcV Battery minder https://amzn.to/3kSbG7O Rocker switch https://amzn.to/392ykaQ Maintained rocker switch https://ebay.us/yL6b5s Bike brake cable https://amzn.to/3wgdkpd 12V battery https://amzn.to/3MchkxT Snapmaker 3D printer https://amzn.to/3kT3owp #airplane_tug #pilotlife #diy_tug #homemade_tug Note: the gear reduction motor came with a #410 sprocket while the wheel came with a #35 sprocket. I changed the motor sprocket to a #35 to fit a #35 chain. The motor drive shaft is non-standard, roughly 11mm in diameter.
