In this project, we made a small belt grinder (belt sander). For that, we used an old 1.5 hp electric motor (we recommend a 2 HP motor or higher), a 70x5 cm belt sander, some off-the-shelf bearings, and a few metal pieces. We used Autodesk Inventor to create the 3D model and the drawings. You can modify the design to suit your needs. We share the PDF drawings and Inventor files here and hope they will be useful for you and your workshop.
