Video Not Working? Fix It Now

Hey friends! Welcome to episode 3 of my series: you don't need Shein, you just need a sewing machine! I thrifted an old queen size duvet sheet set and this week I used leftover fabric to turn it into a whimsical, fairy top to go with the 4-tiered frolicking skirt I made last week! I'm on a mission to learn how to make my own clothes, all while taking inspiration from fast fashion trends! But in 2025, I am saying goodbye to fast fashion, and hello to thrifted and upcycled clothes. Side note: After some reflection, I think I was a bit harder on myself than I needed to be. Up close, the shirt is far from perfect and it didn’t necessarily turn out to be the shirt I had originally drafted in my head. However, I do think the end result is still really cute and I’m happy I learned so many new sewing techniques throughout the project!!! I hope this can still encourage you to shoot for the moon! :) My goal with this video is to encourage you to pick up a new craft, get creative, and feel inspired to tackle creating your own wardrobe! I am a curvy girl, and I have endlessly fallen victim to clothes NOT fitting. This DIY is curvy girl friendly!! I try to be as eco-conscious and sustainable as possible. I love thrifting, thrift flips, DIY's, and traveling. I value less consumption and more creation on this channel :) If you like this video, stick around! I post videos every week! As always, thank you for watching.
