24 inches of 1/2-inch ribbon,
One small decoration for collar,
Hair yarn, 4x6-inch index card,
Six inches of 20 gauge gold wire,
Wire cutters,
Red tulle, small piece of faux evergreen for hair,
Scrapbook paper for wings,
4.5-inch scalloped circle die and die-cutting machine OR
compass for wings,
Sewing machine,
Thread to match fabric, hair and wings,
