Welcome to Ruri sewing channel.
This video is subtitled in English.
I made a samue out of a silk kimono. It is easy to make, even for beginners.
This time we used Tokamachi pongee. Tokamachi pongee is thicker and easier to handle than Oshima pongee.
If you are a beginner, we recommend you to use a wool kimono which is easy to sew.
There is also an enclosed drawing for Monpe pants, but it is possible to draw a line directly on the cloth and cut it.
If you follow the instructions in the video, you will be able to make them easily.
