Here is my 4th macrame bag tutorial, and the second "market bag" style. This one is a little bit fancier, without the joining knots at the bottom and much more detail for the handles etc. I hope you guys enjoy and let me know in the comments what you think of this new bag!

**PLEASE NOTE*** it’s always a good idea to cut a few extra inches to make room incase your knots are not as tight as these, or you are using a thicker or 3ply etc.
For this bag I used 4.5mm cotton air braided cord from Ganxxet, cut into lengths of: 20 x 10foot (305cm) for the body and
2 x 6.5foot (200cm) for the handles
TOTAL CORD: 213 feet (65 meters)
This bag is 24 inches (61cm) in length when not filled, and does lengthen with weight, 12 inches (30.5cm) wide when empty and stretches to roughly 18-20 inches depending on what is inside.
