DIY Macrame Mirror | Macrame Tutorial

Hi Macrame lovers...

This is the first macrame mirror tutorial that Trini ID made in 2025. I tried to apply an oval pattern in the first layer circle, then continued by making a petal pattern in the second layer circle.

The materials needed to make this macrame mirror are as follows:
1. Twisted cotton rope 4 mm
- 72 x 110 cm
- 1 x 300 cm (to tie the glass on the back)
2. Metal ring diameter 25 cm
3. Glass diameter 25 cm
4. Scissors
5. Comb
6. White glue / fox glue + brush to stiffen the fringe (optional).
7. Tapestry needle.

There are 2 knots used to make this macrame mirror, namely:
1. Lark's head knot
2. Double Half Hitch Knot

The final result of this macrame mirror is 48 cm in diameter
