In this video, we will look at how you can make an indexing (dividing) wheel to help with layout of all sorts of things related to rod building. It allows you to work off of a zero position (the spine of the rod or the reel seat) and from there you can use the indexing wheel to make layout marks around the rod blank based in degrees of rotation from your zero position.
