In this video, I’m setting up security cameras at Black Thorne Tattoo, my partner Ruby’s new studio—and of course, I couldn’t just mount them with off-the-shelf parts. So I designed and 3D printed custom mounts to cleanly install a pair of @UbiquitiInc UniFi Protect cameras (G5 Flex + G5 Ultra Turret) both inside and outside the shop. You'll get a breakdown of my design process in Fusion 360, tips on sourcing and verifying 3D models, and how I used rapid prototyping to nail the perfect fit for electrical boxes and conduit.
