This chest will look great in any room. It provides great storage for blankets, toys, and games with a tray for smaller items. Use it as a coffee table, entryway bench, at the foot of your bed, or as a toy box. I used the plans listed below which were easy to follow and not very complicated. Overall this was a great project and I would definitely recommend it. It cost me $96 to make this project. Demensions: 18 1/2 inches tall x 19 inches depth x 51 1/2 inches wide Here are the plans I followed with a few modifications: https://www.buildsomething.com/plans/P7E123FBBF1A18D34/DIYBlanketStorageChest Modifications: - Instead of using plywood and trim for the top I used 4 - 1x6 boards - I used a biscuit joiner and doweling jig instead of the Kreg jig for joinery Soft close lid supports I am using: https://amzn.to/2y17vlj I am not an expert, just a regular woodworker, sharing my experiences with you.
