今回は玄関先に「宅配ボックス」をDIYしました。
最近はネットで買い物することが多く、宅配ドライバーさんには大変お世話になっていますが、再配達とかで迷惑をかけてしまうこともあるのでボックスを作ってみました。
構造は縦に2部屋で片開きのロッカー型です。
材料は実家のウッドデッキ制作で残った長さ400㎜前後の2×4端材のほか、天板は杉カフェ板をはぎ合わせて使用しました。ただ、2×4材は400㎜と短いので2本繋げて長くしたり、ちょっとこだわって框には鏡板を入れたりと、面倒な工程がありましたが概ね4日程度で完成しています。
途中、スライド丁番の取り付けにやや苦労しましたが、まずまずの出来栄えになりました。

This time, I DIY a “Delivery box” at the entrance way.
Recently, I often shop online, and I am indebted to the delivery driver, but I made a box because it may cause troubles such as redelivery.The material used is 2 x 4 scraps with a length of about 400 mm left over from the wood deck production of my parents' house.However, since 400 mm is short, it took a little troublesome process such as connecting two to make it longer, or assembling a stile and inserting a mirror plate, but it is completed in about 4 days.
On the way, I had some difficulty installing the slide hinges, but the result was reasonable.
