संभल की शाही जामा मस्जिद और हरिहर मंदिर विवाद में एक नया मोड़ आया । अब से संभल की जामा मस्जिद...विवादित है । विवाद तो पहले से था..लेकिन अब कोर्ट की नजरों में भी ये मस्जिद विवादित हो चुकी है । दरअसल इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने संभल मामले पर सुनवाई के दौरान जामा मस्जिद को 'विवादित मस्जिद का ढांचा मान लिया । हिंदू पक्ष इसे अपनी बड़ी जीत मान रहा है..और मुस्लिम पक्ष के लिए झटका । विवादित शब्द अयोध्या के केस में भी लिखा गया था...और फिर उसका फाइनल फैसला हिंदुओं के पक्ष में आया...सवाल है कि क्या संभल मस्जिद के लिए विवादित लिखे जाने का भी कोई असर होगा...और अब तो मथुरा में भी शाही ईदगाह मस्जिद को विवादित कहने की मांग उठ गई है ।
There is a new twist in the dispute between Shahi Jama Masjid and Harihar Mandir of Sambhal. From now onwards Jama Masjid of Sambhal is disputed. There was dispute before..but now this mosque has become disputed in the eyes of the court also. Actually, during the hearing on the Sambhal case, Allahabad High Court considered Jama Masjid as the structure of a disputed mosque. The Hindu side is considering it as a big victory..and a setback for the Muslim side. The word disputed was also written in the Ayodhya case...and then its final decision came in favour of Hindus...the question is whether writing disputed for Sambhal mosque will have any effect...and now there is a demand to declare Shahi Idgah mosque as disputed in Mathura also.
