30 Minutes Missions are a Bandai Spirits gunpla thing which allows a huge amount of customization options on fairly simple to build but still nice looking mecha models (or anime girls if you're into that sort of thing.)
Also 30 Minutes Missions has an extra S in it. It's easier to say 30 Minute Missions.
