Hello beautiful humans. In this video you´ll hear me rant about peoples bad sleeping habits, you´ll learn about some truly important information regarding sleep, and I list my top 5 habits that will completely change your sleep quality and therefore also your health. I do really love the topic of sleep and being able to hack it. It has taken me many years to reach this level of quality sleep and many nights and days of experimenting to optimize the sleep.
