Do you have an emotional wound? Emotional wounds can be caused by all sorts of trauma, such as heartbreak, toxic families, domestic emotional abuse, betrayal, and more. Traumatic events from your past can leave you wounded. Over time, they take the shape of an emotional wound itself. Like a physical wound, it’s always in your awareness, you’re protective and sensitive to anything that may reinjure it. And this same sensitivity often makes you even more vulnerable.
