Do you REALLY understand Leave No Trace? I thought I did. I was wrong.
If you love the outdoors, you've undoubtedly heard the term "Leave no trace". Seems simple. Pick up your trash.
It's not that simple. My friends and I have been talking about this quite a lot lately, and I was surprised at how little I really know about the actual meaning behind LNT. Luckily, I have friends who are smarter than I am, and we decided to make this video to hopefully increase awareness.
This video is narrated by Eric. Eric lives in Sedona, Arizona and is plugged into the local outdoor scene there. He even has an awesome website dedicated to his love of canyoneering and all things outdoor. Check it out here to learn more;

Anyway, I don't have much to write here. Eric does a great job covering the subject matter. Better than I could.
